Now all cards are welcome aboard!

That’s the idea behind our latest campaign for ORCA, the regional transit payment system serving the Puget Sound region.

The campaign introduces tap-to-pay, allowing riders to board buses, trains, and ferries using the credit or debit card already in their wallet—no ORCA card required.

To bring the feature to life, we partnered with animation studio Laundry on a playful campaign where animated credit cards hop aboard a bus driven by Boop, ORCA’s mascot. The idea turns a simple payment update into a story about cards finally being invited to the transit party.

The campaign runs across out-of-home, transit, YouTube, and Meta, with welcoming messages like “Every Card is Welcome Aboard” and “Tap to Ride,” and creative available in Spanish, Vietnamese, and Chinese.

The goal was simple: show riders just how easy transit can be: just tap any card and go.

We’re pleased to have the latest work featured in Ads of the World and Muse by Clios.
