FAQs

Below you’ll find clear answers to what we do, how we do it, and why ambitious brands choose to work with Copacino Fujikado.
Where are you located?
We’re based in downtown Seattle, right in the heart of the city:

Copacino Fujikado
‍1425 4th Avenue, Suite 700
Seattle, WA 98101

Our headquarters in the historic Joshua Green Building is easy to reach—by plane, train, ferry, or a scenic city stroll.

How big is your team?
We’re a high-output crew of about 45 strategists, creatives, media experts, analysts, producers, and account leads. Many of us come from big shops around the country. We’re here because we believe bold work should be available to more than just the biggest brands, and because we like making things that matter.

Do you only work with clients in Seattle?
Not at all. While we’re proudly Pacific Northwest-based, we work with brands across the U.S. Coast to coast, rural to urban. If you’re ambitious, we’re interested. Distance doesn’t dilute great thinking.

What kinds of clients do you work with?
We work best with brands that are building toward something bigger, whether it’s reinvention, expansion, or a shake-up of the status quo. Clients often come to us when:

Their brand needs a fresh story or new relevance

They’re entering emotionally flat or low-engagement categories

They’re ready to make a bold move (not just incremental gains)

They’re growing from regional player to national presence

We believe every brand deserves breakthrough work, not just those in buzzy industries with big budgets.

What industries do you specialize in?
We’re proudly industry-agnostic, but our experience runs deep in:

Travel & Tourism: Our work with Visit Seattle set a world record and changed perceptions.

Financial Services: We’ve helped Gesa Credit Union expand markets and grow product engagement.

CPG: Our launch of Del Corazon made it the #1 new frozen food product in 2024.

That said, our sweet spot is challenging categories, the ones others overlook or underserve. If your category feels creatively constrained, that’s where we thrive.

Do you offer media planning and buying in-house?
Yes, and we do it differently. As a full-service media planning agency, our in-house team handles everything from traditional TV to TikTok, from OOH to OTT.But more than executing a media buying plan, we align strategy, creative, and media from day one. Our approach to strategic media buying ensures your message doesn’t just reach people, it resonates with them.Looking for one of the top media buying agencies in the US? You’re in the right place.

What services do you offer?
We’re a full-service agency. That means all the capabilities of the best marketing agencies in the US, under one roof:

Brand Strategy & Identity – From positioning to naming to visual systems

Creative Development – Campaigns, content, storytelling, and concepting

Media Planning and Buying – Platform-agnostic, data-driven, and deeply integrated

Analytics & Insights – Real-time measurement and optimization

Integrated Production – From pre-roll to podcasts, fast and fearless

Experiential & Activation – Real-world experiences with creative reach

From the first brief to the final placement, we align teams and talents to make work that moves people.

What’s your creative and media process?
We call it Co Lab: our integrated, high-speed sprint process that brings the full force of our creative and media teams to deliver bold, strategically sound ideas fast. We start by uncovering the human truth or brand tension behind the challenge, then bring our team together for a focused five-day sprint aimed at finding the strongest ideas—without wasting energy on bloated decks or premature execution. Clients weigh in early to help shape the work, keeping both time and budget focused on the ideas they believe in. By aligning messaging and media from the start, we build ideas that break through and connect.

It’s a four-phase process built to deliver bold ideas, fast.

Truth Discovery – We uncover the tension or insight that makes people care

Creative  & Media Exploration – Our full creative and media team works together to attack the brief from every angle

Yes/No/Maybe – Together with our clients, we sort and sharpen the strongest ideas: Yes means an idea goes into further development. No means it gets set aside. Maybe means we take another turn on it to see if it warrants a “Yes.”

Breakthrough Commitment – We refine the chosen direction and arm you with the confidence to bring it to life

Do you work on a project basis or retainer?
Both. Some clients engage us on retainer to drive consistent growth. Others tap us for project-based work when they need a focused push, a brand reset, or a breakthrough idea fast. Either way, we tailor our model to what will actually help you win.
