CHALLENGE / Communicate a new feature that removes friction in everyday transit decisions and makes riding more accessible across four counties and six transit systems.

INSIGHT / In moments of decision, convenience wins. The message had to be immediate, intuitive, and welcoming: you already have what you need in your wallet.

SOLUTION / We created a playful animated campaign featuring a cast of credit cards to bring “tap and go” to life. The integrated rollout spanned OOH, transit, YouTube, and Meta, with multilingual messaging for our transit audience.
