Lost Career Paths, Found Posters: A New Campaign for CityU

Sometimes the best way to break through isn’t by being louder,

it’s by showing up in the places people actually live their lives.

That was the thinking behind our latest street-level activation for City University of Seattle. Inspired by lost pet flyers, we created 2,500+ tear-away posters asking questions like “Lost your career path?” and “Found a better career yet?” each pointing people toward CityU as the next step in their journey.

"Education is about discovery, and sometimes the first step is realizing you're ready for something new," said Britney Taylor, Marcom Manager at City University of Seattle. "These signs are a simple reminder that at CityU, your next chapter is closer than you think."

Real Insight, Right Place

Instead of relying on traditional education ads, we tapped into a universal human truth: that feeling of being stuck in your career. By putting that message directly on city streets—from Beacon Hill to Belltown—we made the work feel personal and timely.
