Sometimes, a dream isn’t enough. You need a wake-up call to go with it.

That insight shaped This Is Your Sign, the creative campaign we developed for City University of Seattle. We set out to reach returning learners who know they want more, but feel held back by time, responsibility, or self-doubt. Our goal was simple: cut through the hesitation and make the decision to go back to school feel both urgent and achievable.

The campaign centers on bold, neon-style messaging designed to stop people in their tracks. Lines like “Degrees aren’t earned with a daydream” and “Your success is worth it” are meant to challenge excuses and reframe the moment. For people waiting for a sign, this is it.

CityU backs up that message: with flexible scheduling, rolling admissions, and powerful outcomes. 91% of grads say CityU fits their busy lives, 80% landed better job opportunities, and 70% would choose CityU again.
