Copacino Fujikado Appoints Rediate Tekeste as agency’s first ever Group Account Director

The introduction of this new role reflects the agency's continued commitment to excellence in client services, leadership development, and overall agency growth.

Rediate brings a wealth of experience in culture-first content creation, social media, influencer marketing, and event management—a skill set that aligns with the evolving needs of CF’s clients. With 15+ years of experience, Rediate’s impressive track record includes work for major brands such as eBay, Google, and Microsoft. Beyond her professional achievements, Rediate’s genuine passion for people, coupled with her empathetic leadership style sets her apart from her peers. Actively involved in community initiatives, Rediate is also the founder of the Ethiopian Diaspora Fellowship and co-founder of Integrate Africa.
