CHALLENGE / Amid a recruiting and attrition crisis, Seattle needed more than new officers: it needed to reshape public perception of the badge.

INSIGHT / With trust in law enforcement shaken, reframing policing as service—not force—was essential to rebuilding credibility and appeal.

SOLUTION / We created “All Clear: Stories of the Seattle Police Department,” a cross-platform content series spotlighting honest, human stories across YouTube, Meta, and true-crime podcasts, positioning officers as everyday changemakers and policing as a calling.
From Crisis to Campaign Trail
Now, the campaign has become a touchstone of civic momentum. Mayor Bruce Harrell is making SPD hiring success a pillar of his 2025 re-election bid, touting an incredible 500% increase in hires year over year, a massive uptick in applications, and reduced crime citywide.
