the regional transit payment system serving millions of riders across Washington’s Puget Sound.
Following a competitive RFP, our Seattle-based creative and media agency was awarded responsibility for integrated marketing strategy, brand creative, and media execution supporting ORCA’s mission to make transit payment simpler and more seamless across the region.
ORCA (One Regional Card for All) connects riders across multiple transit agencies, including Everett Transit, Community Transit, King County Metro, Kitsap Transit, Pierce Transit, Sound Transit, and Washington State Ferries. The system unites buses, trains, and ferries under a single payment platform spanning the four-county area.
“Copacino Fujikado stood out for their deep understanding of the Puget Sound region, their strategic creativity, and their ability to engage people on traditional and digital media,” said Erin O’Connell, Deputy Director of Customer Experience for ORCA.
As a Seattle creative agency and full-service marketing and advertising agency, Copacino Fujikado will lead ORCA’s upcoming campaign focused on driving awareness and adoption. Our approach brings strategy, creative, and media together through an integrated agency team, ensuring consistent messaging across channels.
ORCA joins a client roster that includes Sound Transit, Visit Seattle, and Revvity Signals, reinforcing our experience partnering with public-sector and regional brands on complex marketing challenges.
We’re excited to support ORCA in connecting people across Puget Sound and advancing more accessible, sustainable transportation throughout Washington state.
