Marketing Sciences Manager

The Marketing Sciences Manager is responsible for three key functions at CF:

 

– Integrating media and messaging strategy throughout the marketing funnel, with particular emphasis on mid- and lower-funnel activation

– Overseeing analytics and reporting for campaigns

– Managing AdOps to ensure proper tagging and data flow

 

In this role, the marketing sciences manager is expected to collaborate across the agency, working with Account Management, Insights, Media and Creative teams to ensure there is alignment behind recommended tactics and the ultimate campaign goal or KPIs we are promising our clients.

The ideal candidate will have worked in digital campaign management for at least five years, have experience presenting to all levels of clients’ organizations, and will be adept at simplifying complex narratives around digital campaigns. This position reports directly to the Director of Insights and Consumer Strategy.

  • Demonstrated capability to strategize across all forms of digital advertising including programmatic and dynamic display, paid social media and search
  • Understanding of the existing and proposed regulatory issues for digital advertising and consumer privacy
  • Ability to lead the development of and provide thought leadership surrounding digital display and social strategy
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills that facilitate an understanding of both clients’ and internal leadership’s needs
  • Ability to present ideas to various levels of an organization, both internal and external, to gain support for initiatives and manage up to senior leadership when necessary.
  • Accomplished range of creative and digital strategic thinking across a range of consumer categories
  • Define, report and optimize key creative engagement metrics. Build out standardized reporting dashboards based on client needs.
  • Experience using data and testing to optimize and improve direct response and brand oriented digital display messaging and communications.
  • Proven experience building testing strategy and analyzing results against KPIs- always seeking ways to optimize relevance of tag lines, content, images, offers, and more.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills with strong attention-to-detail.
  • Ability to manage condensed timelines and multiple priorities effectively.
