Associate Creative Director

What you'll do

Copacino Fujikado's diverse client roster offers opportunities aplenty for a highly conceptual Associate Creative Director with an art director background including:

  • Selling the city of Seattle to travelers far and wide
  • Helping launch a new kind of credit union that just purchased stadium naming rights
  • Telling stories that tug at the heartstrings from one of the best children's hospitals in the world
  • Creating an integrated campaign for a premium seafood brand. Or an integrated campaign for the Seattle Aquarium. We recognize the irony of having both as clients

As Seattle's ad agency - hey, Adweek said it, not us - we pride ourselves on our northwest roots but also represent national clients across industries. So we need an ACD who enjoys working in every medium and inventing new ones in the process. All with an eye and mind for big ideas with well-crafted work. You'll have a lot of at-bats to do award-winning work, too. 

We are a fully vaccinated business working mostly remote for the foreseeable future. But we will eventually be back in the office. So we're looking for someone who believes in science and is willing to relocate to Washington. It really is lovely here, by the way.  

OK, now for the specifics. Required: 

  • 6+ years of experience as an agency or brand-side art director
  • Strong portfolio with head-turning ideas for clients big or small
  • Team player and generally nice person
  • Responsible and accountable
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Able to effectively present creative work and make clients love you

  • Medical, dental, vision and LTD insurance coverage will become effective the first of the month following start date. Domestic partner, spouse or dependent coverage is available at an additional charge.
  • After 90-days of employment, employees are eligible to participate in the company 401K plan and eligible for the employer year-end contribution based on agency profitability and regulatory requirements.
