AdOps/Analytics Coordinator

About the position:

Copacino Fujikado is looking for an AdOps and Analytics Coordinator to traffic and maintain clients' digital campaigns. This position will work with teams throughout the agency. You will be within the Insights group and will report to the AdOps Manager. You will work with the AdOps Manager to build digital campaigns, send tags to vendors and pixel sites. You will also work closely with Account, Production, Analytics and Media teams in the planning, delivery, measurement and optimization of digital ad campaigns in all channels: digital, social and SEM.

Campaign set up:

  • Knowledge of Adform or similar ad servers a definite plus
  • Rapidly and accurately deploy digital assets and tags, including rich media, audio, pre-roll, HTML5
  • Enter all elements of online ad campaigns into the ad server in timely and accurate manner, according to campaign specification
  • Test creative and verify it meets publisher specifications
  • Organize and monitor traffic/scheduling of all ad campaigns to ensure delivery
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, both internally and with third party vendors
  • Serve as the central point of contact for publishers regarding scheduling, rotation and technical issues
  • Experience implementing pixels to track site visits and conversions a plus
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with dynamic creative management a plus
  • Knowledge of brand safety partner (DoubleVerify) tag wrapping process

Campaign stewardship:

  • Monitor campaigns to determine if KPIs are being met
  • Provide optimization suggestions in conjunction with Media Strategy and Insights teams

Reporting:

  • Compile mid-campaign and end-of-campaign reporting
  • Experience with building reporting decks using Google Data Studio and Tableau
  • Ability to analyze data with pivot tables in Excel and/or dashboards
  • Able to work with data connectors such as Funnel to gather and clean reporting from multiple platforms
  • Ability to turn data into insights that help direct media and creative optimizations
