And after a hard day, we occasionally like to unwind with a cocktail. Since we are in the business of being creative, we developed our own signature drink, the Bellakaze (which means Beautiful Breeze in Italian and Japanese). We've included the recipe, but feel free to stop by for a free sample. Preferably after noon.
Official Cocktail of Copacinio+Fujikado
Combine in a cocktail shaker with crushed ice:
2 parts Shochu
1 part Limoncello
Muddle with:
1 fresh green basil leaf
1 fresh shiso leave
Add 2 parts lemon soda
Stir
Strain and pour into glass with sugared rim
Add strip of orange zest
