Quadrant Homes came to us looking to rebrand and set itself apart as the premier customized home builder in Western Washington. We developed a visual guide that would help differentiate a house from a Quadrant Home. We also completed a website refresh in a flexible cms with integrated social feeds, google maps for finding their perfect location, and a design that showcased the quality of craftsmanship in a Quadrant home. Analytics analysis and competitive reviews helped drive the strategy for building a digital experience that balanced the desire for finding the right home location and the customized features that Quadrant provides.
