Jim Copacino

Co-founder and Creative Director

Jim has been described as an "affable zealot"—a nice guy with a passion for innovative thinking. He began his career in New York at DDB and Young & Rubicam before moving to Seattle. He has held Creative Director positions at Chiat/Day Livingston, Cole & Weber and McCann-Erickson. Jim has won every major industry award, serving clients such as Coca-Cola, Boeing, Washington Mutual and Alaska Airlines.

Betti Fujikado

Co-founder and Director of Account Management

Betti almost always wears black, but she thinks in Technicolor. A former CFO, COO and CEO, she combines real-world business experience with creative problem solving (what else would you expect from someone who studied both Accounting and Art?). Betti has been a key strategist for companies such as Premera Blue Cross, Safeco Insurance, Seattle Children's and REI.

Tim O'Mara

Director of Engagement Strategy

As a collegiate golfer, Tim combined skill and strategy on the course. He does the same as a marketer. After receiving his MBA from UCLA, Tim worked for top agencies in Southern California. His resume includes launching the Infiniti auto brand and the Suzuki Samurai. In 1992, he relocated to Seattle as Director of Client Services at Livingston & Co. Tim then founded (and eventually sold) Digital Sherpas, one of the west coast's pioneering Web development firms. Few advertising people can match Tim's smarts, experience and low handicap.

Mik Shore

Director of Technology

When Mik isn’t playing soccer or surfing, you’ll find him tooling around on his lovingly restored 1974 Moto Guzzi motorbike. He brings this love of speed, power and style to his role as Director of Technology—constantly finding new and better digital solutions to help tell our client stories. He’s a hands-on technical strategist who brings plenty of horsepower to our interactive group.

Tracy Mirabelli

Director of Finance and Administration

Tracy Mirabelli is a renaissance woman: a swimmer, an ice skater, a skier, an avid cook, an accomplished seamstress, a movie buff, a quilt maker,a bird watcher and a student of Native American history. These hobbies require concentration, precision and attention to detail, the same traits that make her a top-notch Director of Finance. A veteran of DDB, Draft/FCB and Hydrogen Advertising, Tracy oversees all fiscal and office management duties at Copacino+Fujikado—and she does it with graceful efficiency.

Kurt Reifschneider

Associate Creative Director One of Kurt's early ambitions was to become a drummer in a rock band and sell a million records. He became an advertising star, instead. Kurt is one of the west coast's top creative talents, having won dozens of national and international awards—including a gold Effie, One Show Gold Pencil and Cannes Gold Lion. He's created and directed campaigns for such clients as Washington Mutual, Washington State Lottery, Coca-Cola, Starbucks, Nescafe and drugstore.com. An art director by training, Kurt combines craftmanship with insightful strategic thinking.

Shawn Herron

Associate Creative Director Shawn Herron is inhabited by multiple personalities. He's an art director, a designer, a business strategist, an illustrator, a techie, an entrepreneur and more. He started his career at Brooks Sports (did we mention he's a runner, too?) and went on to create award-winning campaigns at HL2 and DDB Seattle. As ACD, he's a creative leader at C+F doing great work across all platforms—digital and traditional.

Mike Hayward

Associate Creative Director Mike Hayward's blood type is O Positive, but he bleeds crimson and gray. A WSU alum and rabid Cougar football fan, Mike is on a first-name basis with Butch, the team's mascot. When he's not at the game, you'll find Mike in front of a laptop creating big advertising ideas. He's the author of dozens of award-winning ads for clients such as REI, HomeStreet Bank, the Seattle Mariners, WDS and Sound Transit. He's also one of the really nice guys in advertising.

Kris Dangla

Director of Production Kris was raised in Ohio, then headed to Hollywood to work in the entertainment business. As Broadcast Producer, she combines showbiz sophistication with Midwestern decency. She's one fo the best known and respected broadcast producers in the region. You name it, Kris has produced it" TV, radio, Websites, Podcasts, Corporate Videos, Music Videos and more. All with creativity, professionalism and close attention to detail and budget.

Steve Cunetta

Account Director Steve grew up in Brooklyn dreaming of playing second base for the New York Mets. He finally made it to the big leagues as Account Supervisor on the Seattle Mariners account. A Yale graduate, Steve learned the ad business working on national accoutns at Wells, Rich, Greene, Bates Worldwide and Young & Rubicam in New York. He moved to McCann-Erickson Seattle in 1989 where he ran the Tree Top and Safeway accounts. He joined Copacino+Fujikado at its inception in 1998.

Jennifer Tobias

Account Director

Jennifer knows what it’s like to be on both sides of the table – she’s worked on the client side for Omni Hotels and the agency side for T-Mobile, Xbox LIVE, AT&T, and Dell (you know, just a few small mom & pop shops). She brings her mix of skills, including expertise in CRM, digital and direct response, to help C+F clients achieve Beiber-like success. She’s also a native of Texas, so try not to mess with her.

Chris Copacino

Account Supervisor Chris was an all-conference baseball player in high school—largely because he played smart, hustled and could hit a curveball. He brings these same qualities to his job as an Account Supervisor. Chris gets strong reviews from his clients for his ability to understand their business and to his willingness to work hard to make things happen. Plus he can quickly adapt to changing situations. (That’s the curveball part.)

Cole Parsons

Account Supervisor

Acquired by C+F in a trade with the Boston Bruins marketing department (we gave up a 1st round pick and a killer espresso machine), Cole brings speed, power, and a stellar resume to the agency. He’s also a former walk-on pitcher at Santa Clara University – think Rudy without the feel good Hollywood ending. Cole has worked at both the Seattle Mariners and Bruins offices, and has produced and directed nearly 1,000 live events over the last decade. And in answer to your next question, yes, he does have a Stanley Cup ring.
