A tribute as colorful as the sports icon herself. 

Despite her litany of international soccer accolades, including two World Cup titles, an Olympic gold medal, and the coveted Ballon d'Or, the legacy left by Megan Rapinoe will be one that continues to transcend the sports world for years to come—and as her time on the pitch came to a close, we wanted to give her the sendoff she deserved.

We worked with our OL Reign client and Rough & Tumble Pub—the first women’s sports pub in Washington state and only the second in the world—to help activate an epic celebration of Megan’s “Hair-itage” leading up to her final regular season at home. In the end, despite zero paid media, more than 5 million fans worldwide took notice of the colorful tribute to one of Seattle’s foremost sports icons.
