digital sr. account executive

Main Responsibility: Lead the digital advertising program for Holland America Line.

We are looking for an experienced, digital focused, advertising professional who has established themselves as a strong leader on a fast-paced account and wants to step into a significant role as a Digital Senior Account Executive.

This person is someone who thrives in an environment where timelines are compressed and strategic and creative digital campaigns must be delivered swiftly and accurately.

We are looking for someone who can work effectively with Mid to Senior level marketing and advertising clients. The ideal candidate will have experience integrating digital strategy into overall brand communication and must be comfortable discussing both digital and advertising strategy, as well as analytics with the client.

Creative strategy will need to be owned and developed for multiple digital campaigns involving units ranging from home page take overs and static display to experiential and display programmatic.

This person wants to do everything possible to make the “work” as good as it can be – “work” is defined as strategies, creative and production.

This position reports to the Holland America Line Account Supervisor.

Job Skills:

  • Working knowledge of digital advertising, particularly programmatic and dynamic display and paid social media.
  • Experience delivering thought leadership surrounding digital display and social strategy.
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills that can facilitate an understanding of both clients’ and internal leadership’s needs
  • Range of creative and digital strategic thinking. Travel and hospitality experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to define, report and optimize key creative engagement metrics. Build out standardized reporting dashboards based on client needs.
  • Experience using data and testing to optimize and improve direct response and brand-oriented digital display messaging and communications.
  • Proven experience building testing strategy and analyzing results against KPIs- always seeking ways to optimize relevance of tag lines, content, images, offers, and more.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills with strong attention-to-detail.
  • Ability to manage condensed timelines and multiple priorities effectively.
